We refused to go this play area due to the cost for a 3 month old at £7.45! Bit extortionate considering they wont be in the play areas and mainly sleeping in the pram. Found to be very pricey and taking full advantage of costs during school holidays as under 12 months is free during term time.

Visited here last weekend, took my two sons and they thoroughly enjoyed it! Lovely and clean. Definitely will be returning.

I like you can sit and watch your child instead of being inside the actual soft play. All safe and secure.

Had our first visit here today. The soft play area is quite large and has multiple floors. It's good for toddlers up to 12 years old. For adults, there's a cafe serving hot and cold food. I had the panini and chips with salad, which was surprisingly delicious. In fact all of the food we saw serves looked delicious, far better quality than any other soft play we've been to. Prices were very good for entrance, making this stand out as a soft play we would come back to sooner, as others are very expensive to get in, so we don't like to go. This is much easier on the wallet, and has good food. Kids loved it, I loved the food. Win/win.

I prebooked tickets online for my 3 year old for a Sunday morning. Was a little taken aback that they charge a pound for me to enter, and then an extra pound for booking online (won't be doing that again, save a quid and pay on the door). Once inside it was quietish but my son ran straight over to some interactive screens. I was told I would have to pay another 2 pound for this - so I went back to reception to aquire another wrist band (we now have been issued 3 in total). The total cost for entry for myself and my son with interactive screens is now £10. This is for a maximum of 90 minutes play. Personally I find this a little excessive. He's 3 years old. I was advised he could use the bigger children's play area located downstairs as it was quiet. But, according to the rules he should have played upstairs in the toddler area. He actually played in both and seemed happy enough. There are a few pay to ride toys on site. And I asked if there was a cash machine, there isn't. Therefore if you visit please take a few pound coins with you as your little ones are bound to want to ride these machines. I used the cafe for a cup of coffee. (Picture below). Coffee quite nice but a little pricey. Overall not a bad visit but I don't think I will be returning too often due to the cost. To charge adults is a little over the top, just put the pound on the kids prices - would make more sense. A child cannot attend without adult supervision therefore you're making money out of parents who want to bring their children here to burn off some energy. Plus point - parking was easy and plenty of parking space available. EDIT I was in the toddler area upstairs which is gated off and guarded by a worker. Without me knowing the member of staff opened the gate for my 3 year old and allowed him to go back downstairs without me realising!! I just caught the top of him bobbling down (quite dangerous stairs) by himself - he could quite easily have walked out of the vicinity had I not caught this. I have spoken to a staff member about this practise as this is extremely dangerous. What was the member of staff thinking allowing a 3 year old to exit the play area down quite dangerous stairs by himself?!!! Edit part 2 Called on a Saturday, it was so busy I have to question health and safety. I was seated around an area where I was unable to see the play area. When I went to call my child to leave I couldn't find him because it was so over crowded, kids were literally banging into one another in the play area because of how many children there were. Not so sure this would be a pass from a health and safety point of view and its put me off visiting...
