I was doing a road trip with my family and friends all around UK and stumbled upon this farm randomly, at around 630pm Even though the cafe and the shop were closed, it was a big parking lot with sheeps and cows nearby. The kids loved interacting with the cattle. The views are absolutely breathtaking!

Me and my family visited during our holiday, we stopped for breakfast and booked for a Sunday dinner. Breakfast and the roast was 10 out of 10 if your looking for real homemade food then this place is the one to visit! by far my favourite place I have found. Staff was also amazing

The demonstration was very interesting. The farm is truly fantastic. Fresh meat to cook. Their desserts are also delicious. Thank you for everything. I'll be back.

What a wonderful place to visit! We were in the Lakes for our organisation's away day, so booked our small team in for the drystone walling experience! It was huge fun, Isaac was absolutely brilliant, and the team enjoyed it tremendously. Afterwards, we had an amazing lunch — the food here is superb. All in all, a brilliant day out and highly, highly recommended.

Our team of seven thoroughly enjoyed the dry stone wall building activity that Isaac, the farmer took, as well as the extremely tasty meal that was included in the price. We really appreciated hearing more about the farm, as well as learning a new skill that required a lot of problem solving! Some of the largest stones are obviously heavier to lift - so might be a bit more challenging for some - but you can work together as a team, assistance is given, and the vast majority of the stones are easy to use, so everyone had a great time. Although the overall standard of our walls was mixed(!), the end-result was very satisfying and the feedback was very kind! We'd definitely recommend the activity, as it was a really different and fun experience in a great location - with a delicious meal afterwards. The restaurant has sheep grazing next to it (with indoor and outdoor seating) and we liked the couple of very friendly and laid-back sheepdogs that greeted our arrival. A big thank you to all of the team and we wish you all the very best for the season(s) ahead!
