Beautiful park, suitable for both kids and adults. Two children's playgrounds. A lovely park that connects Walpole Park across the road. Extremely well-kept and clean park. Excellent for runners and dog walkers.

I’ve lived in the area for 40 years and these two parks are the worst I’ve seen them. Full of homeless people setting up tents all over, dog faeces, and long overgrown grass. Add to that random trees that collapse without warning causing danger to life and the parks are taken up by either festivals, election counting or construction equipment so you can hardly use them. Avoid at all costs!

Dog walkers paradise, lots of friendly folks, a regular coffee stall, and 2 mins walk to another great park, Walpole, with even better facilities and a great Art gallery and Manor house open to the public. Parking restrictions apply 10-11 and 3-4 as I recall
