Amazing museum. Took my 11 year old twin boys for a visit, and as they’re obsessed with all things military and the history of all wars, this was perfect for them. However, one of the main reasons it was so good was our guide, Kevan. He was so informative, funny and patient with my boys. Highly recommended.

Superb. Took my Grandson who is in the cadets and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The guide was very helpful and we plan to go again as I'm sure we missed some things. The Regimental Chapel was worth the visit on its own Kev Smith. Askam in Furness

We were lucky to have a personal tour by 2x fantastic guides as the museum was quiet. Amazing objects and lancashire military history going back to 1695. Well worth the visit.

Absolute hidden gem, would highly recommend. The gentlemen who gave us a tour were extremely knowledgeable. By far the best value for money at just £18 for a family and we had two tour guides. The exhibits were amazing and had lots of memorabilia that we haven't seen in other museums.
