My 8 year old had his party here, him and his friends loved it and Ellie was a brilliant host, really laid back atmosphere and the staff made sure everything went to plan. Party bags were great, food was good. We’ll definitely be back

We were a little worried considering a few of the reviews on here but i'm happy to say that it was an absolutely fantastic birthday party for my 8 year old! Sim, Josh & Matthew went above and beyond and really got the kids hyped up to have a great time, food was all correct & tasty, party bags were great all round, certainly kept the kids happy whilst waiting for pick up, would definitely recommend if you want to keep 12 or so children entertained and happy with minimal effort!

We hired the venue for an afternoon of laser quest and escape rooms and around 80 young people from the south lakes came and enjoyed the facilities. On arrival the staff were ready and waiting for us, they were friendly, helpful and willing to help us make our afternoon a huge success. The place itself was clean, tidy and had more than enough space for what we were doing. The whole process of booking the venue was easy, and the staff went above and beyond what we were hoping. We look forward to returning there in the future.

Fantastic birthday party! Laser quest games were great, food was spot on with lots of choice, drinks in-between and the brilliant party bags given out. Definitely recommend and come again. Really good value too. Staff were brilliant, really helpful and great with the kids.

We brought our kids football team in January. We initially booked for December but we had snow in our area so they kindly accommodated a last minute move. We brought 28 of us and they all perfectly accommodated. 16 players at a time in the games. There was enough snacks etc for the kids not playing. The actual room for the serious shooting is well laid out with two floors. Customer service was great and the pricing was fair. We'd definitely recommend the place and would return.
