We have just had my son's 12th birthday party here and did one of the birthday party group bookings. 3 games, unlimited drinks and a meal and they absolutely loved it. The boys had such a great time. The staff were really kind and helpful. The manager was really nice and friendly and the staff that dealt with us for the party "Alex & Harley" were so nice and pleasant. Couldn't be any nicer if they tried. So nice to go somewhere and be valued as a customer. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially if you have a birthday party where they want to run around, shoot each other and battle. Would definitely do this again and if my son wants to do this again next year for his party then I'll 1000% be rebooking Thank you all for a great afternoon. 😊

Had my son’s 8th birthday here recently. From start to finish it went so smoothly and no stress! Friendly & helpful staff. Great food - kids get to put their order in individually with choices of hot dog, veggie nuggets, nuggets, mozzarella sticks… all served with chips and ice cream for pudding. My son had the best time! Party bags provided which again takes another stress away! Thank you lazer quest!

Wow. Wow. Wow. Had my son’s 10th birthday party here today, what an absolutely cracking place. My son and his 17 friends that joined had an absolute blast! The staff were great and ran the sessions absolutely perfectly, cannot fault a single thing! Keep up the great work guys. Thank you!

My son and his friends had a wonderful time. They played 2 games and the whole set up was very well organised. The staff were friendly and helpful. Those that are not playing can sit in the small cafe area and there is a screen for them to see the scores and the time remaining on the current game. Will definitely be recommending

The venue is nice; and the location is situated well. The actual laser tag is straightforward and is quite a big venue if you're playing 18 people. However, it does get very hot and one of the game modes aren't as entertaining. The pricing of the establishment is great as well. There are a few gists to go, the venue is empty and it was just two groups (our group with 12 people and a smaller group) but the hospitality is where this rating falls behind. The staff was extremely rude demanding us to line up like school children, and threatening our ticket after just one notice. We were all present but went on a powerful trip; he was quite rude and wouldn't let people use the restroom, and made little narcissistic comments about said person after it. The laser tag was quite fun; just more people training is needed or new member of staff should be hired.
