My sons birthday was here , and there were some outsiders were playing too . Some teenagers bullied one of the kids from our group and he ended up in tears. Which i don't expect to happen on a birthday party. On top of that someone pushed the fire alarm button inside the venue and they didn't know who was it and punished all of the kids and that might hv been the same teenagers who played and bullied the kid. Our kids were sad, and angry as they gave them 5 or 6 minutes time off from their game. I didn't take my kids there to get punishments. We went to hv fun.They should have warned everyone about fire alarm of it is a serious concern before game starts. Overall it was ok. But those moments ruin the total experience.

Always a great experience with family and friends. Bustling and fun environment. Great for parties and events for little children. Multi-level arena, and large capacity for 20 players. Advice is to book online to avoid disappointment, however check out how busy it is before going.

My son just has his birthday party there. Shane and his team were fantastic, friendly and professional. My son and his friends had the best time ever. Highly recommended. Thank you

Had such a fun time at laser quest! The laser tag room is pretty good. The VR experience was so fun! The cafe was pretty good and so was the pizza. Also if you get on the top 10 leaderboard for the whole day, you get free entry next time you come! Parking is good as there's a huge Tesco car park next door. Highly recommend!

We had my son's 8th birthday party here. The kids had an absolutely fantastic time and the staff are so welcoming, friendly, and really helpful. The party package is fantastic, no stress at all to organise the party with them as they provide the food and the party bags. We will definitely be back for another party next year. Thank you!
