Had our son’s 7th birthday party here. Staff were polite and informative and the kids had a fun time! The timings were running a bit behind on the day, but this was due to previous parties turning up late, not the venue. Thanks for having us Nadia & Team 🎉 🎈

If I could give this place 0stars then I would, my child had to miss out because Sarah couldn’t claim her facts correctly. She met the height and age restriction when put against the wall and then for me to be told that the line is marked incorrectly on the wall and it was an inch more yet, the ruler was half an inch away from the marked line. She stood there arguing with me, when I could clearly see my child met the height requirements and telling me to leave because I’m showing her how my child is suitable to play as she has played before. We came as a booking and all my nieces and nephews got to go in yet my 1 child had to miss out. The place wasn’t busy at all so there was no chaos. Also no games on the outside to play unless booked as a party. Really disappointed with that staff and there was no other staff around to swap

Best venue I have used for a birthday party. When they said you don't need to do anything, they really mean it. Xavier was absolutely awesome the kids absolutely loved him and he looked after us from start to finish!! Thank you for making a usually very stressful party completely stress free and enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone

Shout out to Joe, he was a great host. Nothing was too much for him. The party its self was 10/10. Birthday boy and his friends had a great time "best party ever" 🙂

We had my daughter’s birthday party at laser quest on Monday night. Staff we great anything we needed they help with. The venue was brilliant and the children had a brilliant night. Thankyou so much to all the team but especially Nadia for being so friendly and helpful
