We recently held a party here and were extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, making sure all of the children were having a fantastic time. The value for money was outstanding, with the team helping us get the best package for our party size and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and customer care really made the day special. I couldn't recommend Laser Quest Witham highly enough. Thank you to all the staff for making it such a memorable experience for my daughters 8th birthday.

Had a birthday party here for my 8 year old, it was brilliant. The team were so helpful and accommodating. The kids had a great time and the staff were so good with them. The venue was clean and the party was good value for money. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend laser quest in Witham

Had an absolutely brilliant session with SEND students from Chelmsford college. They turned down the music and was very accommodating to their needs. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great time but the female member of staff was over the top with the children, her shouting and slightly aggressive manner was too much for young children. It was my 6 year olds first time and he was very intimidated during the safety briefing due to her demeanour. Its a shame as we went a few weeks prior and we had the male member of staff from Bristol who is a credit to Laser Quest, very professional and personable. The female member of staff was, in my opinion, too passive aggressive around young children. I would give 5 out of 5 for the previous experience though with the male member of staff from Bristol (apologies as I didn't catch his name)

I brought my daughter and friends here her birthday party. They had such a fun time and the team at Laser Quest were so helpful and lovely to deal with. They answered my queries with patience!
