What could have been a disaster was saved by the fantastic staff. Unfortunately due to no fault of the staff the system was down I had 8 excited children ready to play but was unable too. Manager Andy was very kind trying his best but supported by his fantastic staff Akila and Lucy who were truly amazing to all customers (mostly children) they handle everyone with kindness and understanding!! Amazing staff offered refunds and drinks 100%fantastic service. Hattie and Craig the other staff members were also amazing! Well done lazerzone for employing such wonderful people. We are heading back today because of this wonderful service x

Me and my friend are old LZ vets, we used to work there. We went for a laugh and had Megan brief us. Great example of how to adapt to people as we have done the briefing 1000s of times and I beg we never hear it again, so we talked a bit about the changes and what is old and new and then went into our game. After we came out we got a keychain from her and left. Made the experience much better than if we had someone who didn't listen to us and just gave the standard briefing and treated us like anyone else. Props to Megan, I'm not surprised she is getting employee awards

Highly recommend! Booked for my boyfriend’s birthday had an amazing time. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Good value for money and a fun experience, suitable for all age ranges. Overall clean, nice atmosphere definitely recommend.

I had the best time at Laser Zone, they were so amazing at accommodating our Sussex Marketing Society event. It was super fun and everyone had such a blast. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you to the team for everything!

We had so much fun here! We went as a student society and everyone had an absolute blast, the team were really lovely and thoughtful (we even played against them!) we loved the refreshments section with deodorant and that, such a great bonus. We even got a cute little key chain! Thank you so much for bringing out the robot, helping us run our event, and just bringing the best vibes. We would definitely recommend this to student societies looking for a sober social- it's a MUST!
