My partner and I visited the Lee Valley Boat Centre in Broxbourne yesterday to enquire about the services they offer. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the pleasant surroundings, the convenient parking, and the warm welcome we received. The information, advice, and feedback provided were incredibly helpful and gave us a great understanding of everything on offer. What made the visit particularly memorable, however, was the staff member who assisted us. He was an absolute credit to the centre, full of enthusiasm, genuinely passionate about his job, and clearly dedicated to making people feel welcome and valued. His positive attitude and friendly nature put a smile on both of our faces and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It is rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, knowledge, and such genuine care for customers so naturally. We left feeling very impressed and excited to return. We cannot wait to revisit and experience again the excellent service, professionalism, and fantastic facilities that the Lee Valley Boat Centre has to offer. Highly recommended!

Great way to spend the afternoon, messing around on boats. Make sure you book in advance, especially if the weather is good. Parking opposite is free - closes at 6pm I believe. Boats are easy to drive, once you get the hang of it

We hired a boat on Sunday, 4th of May, for a leisurely cruise up the river. There were 7 of us in our group. The guys at L.V.B.C. were great, well organised, and everything was explained to us to keep us safe. We took a well packed hamper with us, but you can travel light as there's two pubs to moor up at if you head upstream so you won't go hungry. The weather was OK, which does make the day even better . We would highly recommend this as a day out, and we will definitely be doing it again. Thanks again to L.V.B C. crew. See you soon 👍
