A clean and pleasant space. Architecture is cool. Go see King Richard & his statue outside. Leicester City is ridiculous to park with exorbitant charges so aim for Tudor Road / Bosworth Street to find free street parking just 10 minutes away. The cathedral was welcoming & there was a soft play area inside for young children. In and out in 15 minutes.

Incredible piece of history! Visited specifically to see the final resting place of King Richard III and was not disappointed. The tomb itself is beautiful, made of Kilkenny marble, and the entire cathedral has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. It is free to enter, well-kept, and right in the heart of the city center. Highly recommend stopping by.

Fantastic building and I visited on Sunday morning during the service so I sat and listened. It’s a magnificent cathedral and very well maintained, typical stained glass windows, lots of ornate decorations. I didn’t want to disturb the sermon so didn’t take any pictures inside but got some outside. Definitely worth a visit.

Perfect place to visit after the Richard III Visitor Centre. A beautiful building for the final peaceful resting place of a king. Thanks to the lovely volunteers who told us all about Richard's internment.
