Absolutely brilliant. Value for your money, friendly and helpful staff. So much to do. Climbing, parties, soft play, high lines for small children. Well controlled by the staff. Certainly return for more fun with the kids.

It’s good once you’re in but unless you pre-book, you have to mess around on your phone and book online with hyperactive kids dangling from your arms because you can’t just turn up and book at the reception like a normal place. It’s a bit silly really. Should able to just turn up and pay.

First time I’ve been. It’s good but needs an uplift. The under 8s fun village area needs an uplift … where are the ride on toys for the slightly older kids? Particularly the individual ride on toys associated with each costume set up…there was only a police car for the police section and a broken tractor. Great space but needs some attention.

I have a problem with pre booking. After walking up a mountain of stairs with your excited kid you then have to fill out online forms. You finally get in, grab a drink and cash or card is fine. For the convenience of stressed parents can’t we just pay on arrival? Otherwise it’s fantastic inside. Very quite mid week but hey, maybe busier if more accessible.

Very large site, so kids have no time to be bored. Well organized event. We just selected base option after hours for the party but were nicely surprised with extras & the way that it has been conducted. From the very beginning you do feel welcomed and guided on what to expect. Kids started with wall climbing through soft play time ending with food and cake. Animal balloon modelling was a nice touch - kids loved it. Staff were very helpful and kind. Highly recommended. Perhaps it is a bit pricey than others but we did save a little last year and it was a disaster. You get what you pay for. They even automatically refunded guests cost that did not turned up. Did not expect that at all. Very pleased and thanks for the Lemur Landing Team to make my daughter beautiful memories. Lenny
