View menui went here with a couple of my friends about a week ago, most of the staff were nice and the facilities were… meh, but one tall male member of staff (probably a manager judging by age) was making me and my friends feel uncomfortable. he offered us drinks and kept asking oddly personal questions that felt inappropriate. we ended up leaving before we got to do everything due to this. the prices are a bit steep for what you actually get, and the staff are constantly begging you to leave good reviews which is annoying.
Always lots of fun & really good value! The staff are all great but an especially big thank you to Charlie who is always so friendly & helpful & will go out of his way to make sure the kids have a good time. And Ben the manager who was very kind when my daughter’s friend fell over & injured her face today. These 2 are an absolute credit to you 👏🏼
Great service, good music, very helpful and lively. All ages welcome, all games we’d played were great! Good first date spot
We had a good time here! We started off with bowling, it was a very easy to understand system, just like any other bowling alley really. They had the ramps, places to sit, music, etc. The bowling was on the bottom floor, alongside part of the arcade. The second floor occupied the rest of the arcade, as well as a mini golf course and the go karting track which ran around the perimeter of the building. You could order food using "points" on your card, they had a good range of food/drinks that you could order. Overall very good!
Went to Level X Middlesbrough recently and was left pretty disappointed. We originally wanted to play mini golf but the setup was confusing, with no clear signs. After paying, the system didn’t work properly and the golf itself wasn’t interactive or switched on as expected, which really took the fun out of it. On the plus side, the manager was helpful and let us switch to go-karting instead, which was much better. Still, we ended up out of pocket and felt the whole experience could’ve been smoother. Great potential here, but clearer signage, working attractions, and a bit more care for the experience would make a huge difference.
