My partner and I decided to go on a ghost hunt tonight (17/2/24) and we were not disappointed. Despite the pouring rain, Dan, the tour guide, came with all the enthusiasm and humour! Very entertaining, funny and factual; super interesting history and takes you to places you may otherwise have missed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lincoln 💯

Last night I visited the @lincolnghostwalk. The tour was conducted by Dan and he was fabulous! He regaled us all (the group) about goblins, haunted horse riders, heads rolling down hills, mischievous children in restaurants, sad suicidal room in a haunted hotel and of course revealed where some plague pits were. Thoroughly enjoyable evening after a day visiting the museums during the day. Would happily go again and maybe stay in the haunted hotel room this time 👻😱 highly recommended to anyone visiting Lincoln. Thank you Dan. The walk lasts about 1:15, and the £6 cash is paid on arrival. Our 40-50 person group on an August Saturday was bigger than expected but it was still easy to hear and see throughout. The storytelling was good, and it wasn’t overly spooky or scary, with the few young kids on our walk seemed to love it. It was my first ever ghost walk and found it hard to know what would be a quotable historical fact about Lincoln or the area vs. a tale that’s been passed down, which felt a little odd (as the storytelling was so good I’ll now always associate what was said with the area - rightfully it wrongfully), but that may just be me not fully understanding what to expect from a ghost walk.

We went on the ghost walk on a Friday evening and it was great! Our guide Dan was extremely knowledgeable not only about all things spooky but the history of the area as well. The stories were entertaining, the history was interesting and the setting was picturesque. Dan pointed out hotspot areas where we could take pictures and see if anything paranormal showed up (sadly none did on mine). That didn't detract from the evening though and I'd highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves all things spooky - or even if you just want an interesting tour of Lincoln's lovely historical area.

Very enjoyable and informative walk with interesting stories and insights into the history of Lincoln. Tour guide was engaging and charismatic, doing a great job of capturing the audience with the spooky tales and showcasing the time and effort that had gone into researching information to embellish them.
