The woods are lovely, lots of paths and areas to explore for humans and dogs alike. Beautiful views of Cheltenham. It is a steep as other reviewers say, with muddy tracks but the path is wide and clear and easy to follow. While it is great for a dog walk, please be aware there is a shooting range nearby that can be clearly heard from the woodland, so the space is not suitable for dogs who are worried by sudden, loud noises (as mine is!).

Beautiful walk, beautiful woods. Lots to see, lots of variety. Good for families and dogs. Good car park. Gold access to other walks.

A stunning woodland walk which leads to unbeatable views over Cheltenham and beyond. The perfect place to see bluebells in spring. There is a small are to park and it's a popular area for nature seekers of all kinds.
