Great space. Serviceable coffee (and I’m a coffee snob). Came during Easter Holidays and had work to do also - internet is reliable, I was able to conduct a video call in the bar upstairs with no issues.

I booked a party for my son's 5th Birthday Party at the new Cheltenham location and we all had a wonderful time. The staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive, and the kids all had a blast. Thank you

LC hosted my son’s 6th birthday and they were brilliant. We have used the soft play sessions and also attended other parties so knew what to expect and they didn’t disappoint. The person in charge was very attentive and made me feel well looked after and they had everything under control. There were 2 incidents that I feel they really went out of their way to accommodate us too and I was really impressed. The soft play is a great size for the 5 & 6 year olds we invited. Not too big so you can’t find them, but big enough to fully entertain them all. They do great coffee too. We will definitely be back for more play sessions and it’s somewhere I’ll definitely consider when my younger daughter is the same age, and I’ll be recommending to all my friends. Thanks so much LC!

A smaller soft play (or play centre) than the one more central to town but the children didn't seem to mind. They found plenty to do and were very tired when we left! Cafe was well stocked and reasonably priced. Hot and cold drinks including slushies. Allergy advice very clearly positioned on the front of the display cabinet. Seating was spacious and consisted of approximately 20 coffee tables with plastic chairs. Toilets could of been a little cleaner but I did visit on a Saturday so I'm guessing they just got busy very fast and hadn't got round to their checks yet! They weren't obviously grim like they hadn't been cleaned at all in a long time. Just a little messy! Very large party room. The tables could easily seat around 30-40 children with a throne at either end for the birthday boy/girl. I have heard that during peak times the time is capped for the children to play and the price is increased to get in. Something around £8 my family member was charged for a half term visit with one child. The main room is bright, airy and colourful. Very inviting. Overall clean (as soft play areas go.. some I've gone to are absolutely disgusting!) The centre is attached to cirencester football club. There are disabled parking bays directly outside the doors and more parking in the main car park. You have to enter the soft play area through a magnetic safety gate which is locked and unlocked by a member of staff.

Brand new premises, everything is so clean and tidy. Ideal size of soft play, very well designed and presented well, lots of variety. Cafeteria is great and the staff are super friendly. Will go again.
