My daughter always has a great time here. You get 2 hours of play which I think is good. Good selection of food and the staff are always friendly.

Good for kids of different ages. Lots of room for them to play. The food is ok. The price can get on the expensive side when theres 2 kids accompanied by 2 adults, and when busy the customers plates collect on the table, but when its busy it can be very busy. Still the kids enjoy it when they need to get out but the weather's really bad.

Overall, it’s good. It’s really nice to have something like this so local to my mum’s house and to Matlock. It makes us want to stay at the resort as well. It looks really nice. Good selection of drinks and snacks and offer for the kids. You are not allowed to take your own. A smaller play area for up to 5 years old and then a bigger play area. It really needs a clean. I would be interested to know how often this was done because all the folds were filled with dust and dirt and snacks. The ball pit area in the smaller kids section was filthy. Underneath all the slide slides were thick with dust. It didn’t stop us enjoying our fun. But it could really do with a clean.

Good venue however disappointing with the children's party. It was rather delayed due to back to back parties with no time for staff to clean and setup the next. Normally the birthday child is in with birthday packages but not here. There was supposed to be a party game or a disco but there was nothing at all due to a broken radio with no alternative or any attempt at even a good will gesture given just a sorry but manager states "there's nothing we can do" A good way to lose yourselves many families as a regular customers.

Great soft play for little ones, prices are decent and it's very clean inside ,actually one of the cleanest I've seen in UK. We already came here twice in 3 weeks although we live about 40 minutes away.
