It's okay as it's always busy, and for the amount they charge, it is a limited space. Dobbies can always make it a bigger space if they want, as the outside space is not used much and is always cramped for the families. The staff working are very friendly but stick to their timings, etc.

I’m not convinced this number is actually connected to the store. It’s been ringing for 30 minutes straight and no sign of anyone picking up. If it weren’t for the automated recording at the start I’d have given up ages ago. What’s the point in listing a phone number if we can’t contact you? Poor customer service!

Very long wait for food and poor quality of food for price. Under staffed and not clean. Kids pizza frozen and microwaved.

Gone a little down hill. Not staffed very well. Long waits for drinks and food. Doesn’t seem to be cleaned so well either recently.
