I grew up a few streets away from here & visited daily as a youngster. I was very saddened to see the white farmhouse, cottage & gardens are no longer there, which were iconic pieces of history & added to the beauty of the landscape. I also rather dislike the new tennis courts roofs which ruin the landscape now. The main tree lined path is still nice though & I like the meadow like tree area at the western ave end of the park.

Very serene place. The place has a relaxing vibe to it with the expanse of green fields and the wide sky. If it's a sunny day, this is definitely a good place to go alone, with your kids, dogs. The nearby Weir is also a plus point.

We walked through this beautiful park on our way to Llandaff Cathedral. This is a large green space with many sporting fields as well as a walking/bike path. Much better accessing the cathedral through this park as compared to walking along the street. Recommended.

We are so luck to have this in Cardiff, you can walk from north of the M4 to the centre of the city and be in greenery the whole time. Both sides of the Taff are great. So many things to see it’s different every time we walk here. The changing seasons are a joy to behold. This is one of the reasons Cardiff is a great place to call home.
