Been coming here 3 or 4 times a week for about 6 months. Travel across the city passing other facilities. Reason, the staff. Superb bunch. Always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool and changing area are a bit tired. The staff keep the place very clean and tidy. Can get busy especially when schools finish for the day. Love coming here.

Great booking system which is easy to use and very clear. Plenty of equipment which is cleaned thoroughly after each session. Love that the pool is open again ☺️. Again great system for booking and using. Unfortunately, now it's open swimming again, it's become increasingly difficult to actually just swim.

Staff are lovely. Changing rooms are very clean and modern. Took my 4 year old into the showers before entering the po and smelt like urine!! It was actually disgusting and so strong. The pool area hasn't changed since I was a young kid (I'm 37 now) the grime on the inside of the pool was unbelievable and I felt like pulling my child out the water and taking him home. The only reason I didn't was because he would be so upset. please get the pool sorted. It's awful!
