The staff here were super friendly. We noticed the person in the ticket booth went out of their way to be super helpful for the customer infront of us who had a specific requirement. Top marks! Only loses a star as I felt the price vs the duration wasn't quite right. We did hear that the cars were running quickly to shorten the travelling time as the ambient temperature today (13 July 2026) was high

Must see if you are not scared of heights. Tap with oyster or bank card, no need for tickets. Spectacular views over O2 Arena, Canary Wharf and surrounds.

My experience on the IFS Cloud Cable Car in London was one of the most unique ways to see the city from above. The journey over the River Thames offers a stunning panoramic view, giving a completely different perspective of London’s modern skyline and urban landscape. The cabins are comfortable and the ride is smooth, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Especially around sunset, the view becomes even more impressive as the city lights gradually start to glow. Although the ride is quite short, it feels very special and is perfect for taking photos and enjoying a calm moment above the busy city. Overall, it is a beautiful and memorable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting London.

Absolutely loved this! Lasts just 4 mins but gives fantastic views from above. Also likely you'll see planes landing at London City airport. £7 to cross, honestly.so enjoyable on a sunny day!

We Had a great experience at the IFS cable car today. The kids were so excited and loved riding in the ☁️ clouds. Beautiful view from up with a round trip ticket , we had enough time to fully appreciate it. No queues and not over crowded on arrival making it very convenient to those who have young kids like us. My best 😍moments were during landing cuz it gives you the exact impression when the plan lands 🥰🛬 . It has Very spacious parking outside and plenty of attractions around like the O2 ARENA. There is a beautiful shop outside where you can shop for souvenirs engraved articles of Cable car, London and underground articles which we bought some few items🥰. The staff was helpful and friendly.
