The actual leisure centre is fine but it's impossible to get through on the phone and the website and app are a mess and just send you round in loops of doom. I am being charged monthly for swimming lessons which I need to change but I have no way to cancel or change them since nobody ever answers the phone or responds to voicemails.

Nice gym with good facilities, but constantly in a complete mess. I arrive most mornings first thing, and even on Monday mornings the place is awfully untidy. I know this is because people don't seem to know how to put equipment back and are inherently lazy, but there is no staff to come and do the job even after mentioning this multiple times. There was one nice chap at the front desk who made the effort to get this sorted, unfortunately he seems to be the only one. Seems to be no respect for the place.

This is a good venue offering some really great facilities to the community. It is however continually a disappointment in terms of their front desk staff. They seem constantly riled for a fight and it is so dependent on the individual if you get any meaningful help.

I was in town for a job and wanted to workout and swim. This leisure centre has top facilities, and above that, amazing staff. Everyone I spoke to was helpful but, the reception person, Becca, was super! The gym has quality equipment, machines, weights, Hyrox stuff etc. I’d happily get a membership if I lived here!! — take a padlock for the lockers!

I'm a member of this sports centre as are my children. The swimming classes are great for children and the swimming instructors are also great and consistent. The gym is amazing. They've added a floor upstairs which gives the gym goes more choice of equipment. The centre itself is clean with shower and toilet facilities as well as baby change facilities. Car park is pay as you go right outside the leisure centre. It's free before 8am and after 6pm.
