Beautiful scenery, very clean and unspoilt land.

Ludwell Valley Park is a hidden Exeter gem. It's the fields between Wonford and Pynes Hill. Footpaths galore. Fantastic views. The local stream, called the Panny, runs through and you can walk beside it or in it on a warm day. Lovely spot under the bridge for cooling dogs or washing their muddy feet. Plenty of entrances and exits. Dog poo bins beside each. You can walk to Digby Tesco, B& M, Currys, Pets at home etc in a brisk 25 minutes or stroll around the valley fields for many hours. Seating with good views. Blackberry picking is an autumn must. There are cows grazing between April and October but plenty of cowless areas. At the lower level there are two parks, a basketball hoop, football fields and bike ramps. Access to Wonford Lidl from the field. Part of the Exeter circle.

It doesn't have a lot to offer than countryside and is in Exeter. A a bit of nature on Exeters doorstep. Good to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Stunning park and nature reserve not even a few miles outside the city centre. Plenty of rolling hills and fields to enjoy and a great place to walk the dog. Cattle are in some of the fields for some of the year so always worth checking. Really well managed by Devon Wildlife Trust.

Great place for dog walking. Lovely views and flora and fauna. Benches for quick breaks. There are often cows so be ready to put dogs on leads. I've never seen sheep there which is good. Dog waste bins available and plenty of parking on the roads.
