It's a shame some individuals delight in vandalism of the Yellow Park Bench.

Lurgan park is a beautiful place to go for walking running and other sports. There is a permanent coffee kiosk also an ice-cream vender most weekends. The lake is full of bird life so if you have any brown bread you can have a bit of fun feeding the birds by yourself or with the kids. There's a great play park for the weekend ones and plenty of seating so you can have a cuppa and a pastry while you keep an eye on the kids. There is plenty of amenities. So no panicking to get home quick.😂

A delightful large park. The outer metalled path is over 3 km long. The route is nice and flat. Ideal for wheelchairs, bikes etc. The lake is delightful with fishing allowed with a permit. A very good little children's park to allow parents some peace. An excellent running park too which hosts many runs including a park run every Saturday. Very much worth a visit or ten.

A beautiful park with a rich history, offering the perfect place to relax or take a peaceful walk. At its heart lies a stunning lake, home to a variety of birds that delight and captivate visitors.

As far as parks go Lurgan Park is among the United Kingdom's higher echelon. It really is rather special, certainly the best in Northern Ireland in my opinion and it's particularly well maintained too. Fantastic for families with young children, as aside from the picturesque setting, there is a children's playground. There's also a lake that is home to numerous wild birds including swans, geese and ducks. Squirrels can be spotted going about their business in and around the trees. Park is welcoming for those with dogs. Lovely place for a jog or just a leisurely walk. Easy to find as it's so close to Lurgan main Street.
