Highly recommended....lovely centre, friendly knowledgeable Staff. The hides are brilliant each one designated to a specific bird...obviously lots of other birds about too. The silence in these hides is tangible a treat to savour in our modern World where noise abounds.

Staff were wonderful and helpful, very knowledgeable. Everywhere was clean, well maintained and the shop was nice but, I was disappointed in the views from the hides. The website leads you to believe that the osprey nest has good viewing. Whilst it is clear and unobstructed, it is that far from the hide that pictures on a 600 lens (on a decent dslr) are unusable. Because of this, I had to mark it down because the whole point of visiting the hide was to see the Osprey. Its very expensive for what it is

Great Visitor Centre with very helpful friendly staff. We managed to see the Ospreys and the volunteers were really good in sharing information.

We went on a Friday. There was plenty of parking available, staff were all very friendly and welcoming. A few hides to sit in and watch over the water. Dogs are welcome on a lead. We had a lovely time.
