Amazing entertainment prizes worth having great workers

Since been taken over it is great. My only criticism is please put real Lego in the grabber game. The cheaper stuff isn't as good.

This is now my go to arcade when in Great Yarmouth. Firstly I think what makes the foundations of a good business is the staff. Whether I’m on my own or with my kids, I/we are always made to feel welcome and nothing is ever too much. Staff are always polite, prompt and what’s good for other customers is good for me and my family as in, any promotions, drinks etc, is given equally, I like that. As for the arcade, it’s always clean, prizes on the pushers are always stocked up and fairly placed. There is a real good selection with some small cash prizes which can be harder to get, but can be got. Tickets are on a fair to good payout on the pushers too (I don’t tend to play the ticket fruit machines, so won’t make comment). There’s a real good selection of cash fruit machines too, either in the family section or the adult section…don’t get me wrong, it’s gambling, so you can lose if you choose to chase, but you can also win fairly. Whenever I visit, whether I’ve spent £ or £££ I always leave feeling satisfied. That’s quite rare I feel today in the arcade world…again I feel that’s down to the staff, how hard they’re working along with how friendly and welcoming they are. I’ll give special mention to the two young lads in particular. Thanks for everything you do for me and my family whilst we are there.

Had a fantastic time in the majestic. Won the ticket bundle with £5 two days running. As well as my girlfriend winning one. Really friendly staff. Both Aiden and Finn was such a great team. Both interact with the customers and give that perfect welcoming feeling. High praise to both. Thank you majestic

This place has become our new favourite amusement arcade in Yarmouth since the new owner took over under it's new management. Friendly and helpful staffs ,and it has all good machines for both over 18 and under 18. We can sit and play them machines all day long. The Arcade manager (Chloe) is the best. She always offers us drinks and snacks without asking one. Highly recommended for everyone.
