Visitors can explore the grounds through a self-guided audio tour covering over 1,000 years of history, or visit the Grade II listed Great Barn, one of the oldest timber-framed buildings of its type. The site also features a library, craft cart sheds where local craftspeople display their work, and hosts regular markets. Multiple pedestrian entrances via Ruislip High Street, St Martin's Approach, Pinn Way, and Bury Street make the venue easily accessible to families. Not possible to go inside anywhere and no sign of a museum when we went (Sunday) despite Google saying it’s within opening hours. Nice enough buildings and surroundings

It was a lovely experience. The museum is small but very informative. The best part was it that it was free!!. The ladies at reception were very polite and lovely. There are two rooms . Each room offers history details of the place. Most interstesting was a video of the place that shows how it was built and what the changes that have happened in the last few decades were. There is a small activitt place for kids too.

Perfect place for day out with kids.. the farm animals they charge £3.00 for half an hour for kids, adult go free..

A well preserved, maintained and repurposed important Heritage site with remnant historic fabric comprising ditches/fortifications, a much reconstructed Manor House ( functioning as a museum), barn and farming outbuildings, a pond and War Memorial. Currently the site of a weekend market, community spaces, events venues and a library. An impressive local achievement, well maintained, a feather in the cap for the local council and a commendable public amenity.
