If i could give a 0 star I would, one staff member was clearly incompetent, one guest didn't show and we asked for a refund and she said she can't but wouldn't tell us why ... the game then cut us early and when I asked why they said it was an estimated time not actual time which it clearly states nowhere! I asked instead of a refund could we have an extra game but they only put an extra game on for half of us , which again she did not mention, I asked for a manager and when I came down and I explained the situation he said he can't give us a refund as its on the t&Cs which is absolutely fine i just wish the lady would say so at first and then he let us have another game seeing as the lady had given us false information/lied to me about being all allowed another game, the parking is also very hard to find , they could have easily put some more signs up around

No card machine, No cashback machines you'd expect to see in an arcade, No cashback facilities behind the bar without physical card. The Lanes are hammered and the balls don't naturally run, kids slamming the balls down it's to be expected but I'd question how often they are serviced. The constant hugging of the barrier by the balls is unbearable to watch. So bad that 6-7 year old are even noticing.

Just visited today and I'm shocked by the price. £56 for THREE games. Absolutely shocking. But not only that two medium drinks £6.50!! I will not be visiting ever again, shame this place used to be quite decent when I was younger but at that price I'll think again.

We came here for the first time yesterday for my son’s 6th birthday as a group of 10 people including 4 children. We booked in advance online and when we got there, the lanes were already set up for us with everyone’s names already on the system too which saved so much time. It was great that we were able to keep our shoes on as we haven’t been bowling for over 10 years and we had to swap our shoes back then but when we came here we only had to swap shoes depending on the type of shoes we already had on. We all had a brilliant time bowling and the children loved it too. We then let the children have a game of air hockey before we left which they also loved and had great fun with. Staff were friendly and helpful and overall it was a good atmosphere and we had a really good time. I also felt it was reasonably priced per person. Only thing I’d add is it would be helpful if you could put on the confirmation email when booking, a reminder to bring your socks as my sister arrived in sandals thinking they would have socks and this meant she wasn’t allowed to play at all. Thank you!

It was overly expensive, but if you buy as part of one of the deals. It makes it more palatable. Food on site is overpriced, especially with three restaurants within walking distance. It was still a fun-filled afternoon with the kids who enjoyed that arcade after an hour of bowling. I would go again, but once every 6 months to a year.
