Fascinating little museum. Packed full of interesting artefacts with a connection to March. Plenty to see. Staff are lovely, friendly and enthusiastically knowledgeable. Definitely worth visiting. Free parking close by in City Road car park.
This was a fabulous museum to visit, showcasing old cameras and board games from the March area! Toy trains accompany these and model ones are here too, both wooden and collectors' railway trains which are fascinating. There are mini animals and horses with wagons, old relics are kept from the World War Two era which was very interesting!
We called in simply because we were walking past and it was open. We were greeted by a lovely and helpful lady. Each of the rooms had something of interest with nice well detailed documentation. Entrance was free with an option to make a donation, we’ve recently moved to Cambridgeshire so it was extra nice viewing some local history.
FREE ENTRY Lots of interesting exhibits covering a wide range of subjects covering local area. More you look, more you see. Staff friendly & helpful. Will return with my family soon.
This museum is one of the best i have been to,March is not a massive town but it has a fantastic history. We spent about 1 1/2 hours looking round and need to go back again. This is only open on wednesdays and saturdays but its well worth a visit. No charge for admission but donations . accepted
