I had an adventure race in Cowbridge last Saturday with my daughters but was not be able to bring 3 bikes all the way from Reading 2.5hrs drive. Ben is very responsive and he’s kind enough to deliver and pick up the bikes for me to the venue, on time and fair price! I wouldn’t be able to join this race without Ben’s help! Although the weather wasn’t great but we had a cherished memory.

Another awesome day paddleboarding and kayaking with the dogs, a special memory for my friends over from Holland. Easy to arrange and book everything you could need. Ben was even out on the lake to take some awesome photos for us to have. Well worth a full day out with other activities available and the park to walk around.

Great fun, hired 2 x double buggies for children ages 8-11. Kids had a great time. Helpful staff, recommended a lovely route through Margam Park. Thank you.

We’ve used Margam Park Adventures many times now, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The whole place is just incredible, a perfect mix of beautiful surroundings, top-quality facilities, and an amazing team that genuinely loves what they do. Whether it’s the Go Ape-style tree-top activities, archery, paddle boarding, or the fun obstacle courses, everything is always so well organised and safe, but still full of excitement. A special shout-out has to go to Ben and Ceri, who are absolutely brilliant every single time. They’re both so friendly, enthusiastic, and patient whether they’re helping first-timers get comfortable or pushing the more confident ones to challenge themselves. They have such a great way of making everyone feel relaxed and encouraged, and their energy really makes the whole experience even better. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs.

Brilliant service and assistance from the guys. Rented an E MTB for 3 hours..was great fun and the bike was as new to ride. Makes light work of the hills and a real fun coming down the trails.. def going back again soon. 10/10
