I didn’t spend much time exploring the park itself, as it’s quite small and seems best suited for morning runs and exercise. Instead, I headed straight to the stream/canal behind the park and followed it for a while. The scenery along the water was beautiful and definitely the highlight of my visit. It was easy to see why it’s such a popular spot for runners and cyclists. If you enjoy peaceful walks with lovely views, it’s well worth exploring.

A charming, community-focused park with a lot of character. The green spaces are perfect for relaxing, and there’s a lovely playground for kids. The park’s industrial heritage adds a unique touch, with the old pumping station being a cool feature. It’s a great spot for a walk, a bit of quiet time, or catching up with friends. Definitely a hidden gem in the area!

It is a beautiful place to enjoy nature, and I am very pleased to find that. I was walking along an alley of different trees that cast shadows now and then. At the end I enjoyed my snack in the park cafe.
