Had our daughters 5th birthday party here today and it was a fantastic day! Booking online was easy and they answered any questions that I had. Very welcoming when we arrived and all the children enjoyed their food and loved decorating their ice creams. Even received a free return visit in a birthday card which was a pleasant surprise 😊 our daughter said she had the best birthday ever! Would happily book again! Thank you so much for making our daughters day special.

I cannot recommend Sonia and her team more! We had my little girls birthday here today we added build a bear and Bluey visit it was brilliant all the children had an amazing time. All Staff were helpful and kind. Bluey went down a storm with all the kids the build a bear is absolutely worth the money every child left with their very own special bear We will definitely be back for more party’s thank you so much

Today was the first time that my young grandchildren and I visited Merlin's Magic. Needless to say that it won't be our last! My grand children thoroughly enjoyed exploring, making friends and the smiles on their faces were better than words! I must also add that the staff were attentive, the hygiene was very good, 5 star and that was throughout the building!

We had our son’s 5th birthday party here today. We went for the private hire party option and it was amazing. The staff were really lovely and accommodating, they let us come in early to decorate and set bits up. The food was great and the soft play centre its self was so clean and tidy despite being open all day. Our son was given a birthday card with 2 free return visits as well which we thought was a really lovely touch! All he’s spoken about since leaving was how amazing it was and how he had the best time. Thankyou so much!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place took grandaughter great play area. Vets, hairdresser,shop,construction you pay little extra for this ,food very good. Soft play for babies/toddlers. Mr potato head table. Build a bear ( you pay extra cost of bear and outfit if you want to make one)staff lovely. Highly reccommend. We had a great time.
