We visited today as a family of eight. The car park was spacious with plenty of parking available, which was a great start. When collecting our clubs and balls, there was very little signage indicating where to go, so it was a little confusing until we were directed to the wooden door. The staff inside were friendly and welcoming, although the collection area itself felt quite cramped and difficult to move around when busy. We played the crazy golf course, but unfortunately it felt very dated and in need of maintenance. Many of the dinosaur features are showing significant wear and could do with being replaced, which took away from the overall experience. Afterwards, we ordered milkshakes. The older gentleman serving us was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this was let down by the two younger members of staff, who came across as unwelcoming. One simply stared rather than politely asking people to move, while the other placed the milkshakes on the counter without saying a word. The toilets by the crazy golf course were particularly disappointing. They were unclean, and there were cleaning chemicals left on the windowsill with no obvious COSHH labelling or secure storage, which was concerning. Overall, there were some positives, particularly the parking and the friendly service from a couple of staff members, but these were outweighed by the poor maintenance, cleanliness, and inconsistent customer service. Sadly, it’s not somewhere I would choose to visit again or recommend in its current condition.

Best crazy golf in the area. I visited on a Saturday with my 3 year old daughter and Mother in law, and was surprised it was so quiet! (Yes it was a bit chilly but still dry!). The course itself is brilliant, the dinosaurs are great! (And it much better condition than some other places - moving and roaring!). The course is really accessible for toddlers and they have smaller golf clubs for the little ones. My daughter did the full 18 holes and absolutely loved it. The staff were amazing and really sweet with my daughter. Will 100% be back. The only thing I would say is it's not super obvious where to go to get clubs! It's a bit confusing because there is a separate indoor crazy golf (which looked like it was aimed more at slightly older families). Could do with more signage for the Dinosaur crazy golf. Overall brilliant place, lovely way to spend a morning.

After reading some recent bad reviews I was almost not going to check this out while I was in the area but we are glad we did. My little one loves mini golf and we were in the area so I found this place to take him before heading to a nearby theme park. We arrived at opening and the lovely staff member at the tills was really friendly and helpful and went out and turned all the features on for us. As others have said the course is covered in leaves from the surrounding trees. But it’s also autumn so that’s totally to Be expected especially in the quiet times. The course itself is brilliant! It just needs a little bit of tlc to make it perfect. I look forward to returning next year when I’m in the area and seeing if you have made any improvements! TOILET ARE HORRENDOUS! I've never been in such run down shack of toilets before and they should be shut down and redone asap. The course itself was good, needs a bit of TLC but would definitely go back again and would recommend it, such a shame the toilets were the first thing we had to use it really put us off.

i had my sons 9th birthday party here with his friends. i could not have been more impressed. the staff were great, the manager was amazing with the kids. the course itself was so much fun and amazingly well made. after we had food in the cafe, which was excellently decorated and on theme. i cannot recommend this place enough and we for sure will be back
