My Little buddies and I had a another fab time at Wacky Warehouse today and it was made even better with the delightful Mae/May (please forgive the incorrect spelling of your name) who was interested and attentive to the kids requirements and showed how much she cared for them all to have the best experience possible. It was lovely seeing the craft table set up and the musical instruments out, something I hadn't seen before, and I love how engaged you were with My Little Buddies as they sat and chatted with you. You are a star! Thank you ever so much

Really disappointing visit today (Monday 13 April, around 5pm). There was only one member of staff on duty who seemed completely uninterested and not paying attention to what was going on. Because of that, the rules were not being enforced at all. There were at least two teenage girls in the soft play who were clearly over the height limit, going in and out to the pub next door, with no adult supervision. They were playing rough and acting like they owned the place. My 6-year-old daughter was told she couldn’t use part of the equipment because of them, which left her scared and in tears. No child should feel bullied or unsafe in what is supposed to be a safe play area. Also worth saying, this kind of behaviour doesn’t happen without some level of responsibility from parents or guardians. Rules are there for a reason. Overall, very poor supervision and not a safe environment for younger children. Would not recommend unless this is properly addressed.

Absolutely legend!!! Mia is one of a kind and really goes the extra mile, what a diamond to the company!!! So grateful for her customer service today. She really is such a lush girl! One of a kind you got there xx make sure you promote her, you got a real gem there xx

I have been a couple of times with my little boy and on both arrivals we were warmly welcomed by Mae, who was so polite and friendly. She ensured we had everything we needed, and was so accommodating especially with my little boy who has additional needs. Had a very positive experience, will definitely be going again.Thankyou so much!!!

Awful experience here today! Staff in the play area was so rude, Kelsey here name was. Took my children there as it was half term and she said it was fully booked even though 5 tablets were empty, told my boys to get out as they already ran in to play as they were exited and she really did tell them off. I told her she was rude and she said get out if I had a problem then to speak to the manager who was also very unprofessional. Never would I come here again not sure how she’s allowed to work with children with her very poor mannerism!
