Fabulous place to visit, walk and explore. A quarry with numerous leftover structures and varied nature to take in. The official signage for the 3 walks could be improved a little as it's not always clear.

Lovely walk around the quarry. Great scenery and some historic sites on the route. Good paths and not overly strenuous. There are 3 routes here wecdid the longest and it took just over an hour at a gentle pace.

Fantastic walk around the quarry. Its a good few hours around and there are some step inclines. Good shoes are a must and plenty to drinknifnits hot. Scenery is beautiful and the mine trails are great. Really enjoyed the visit. We were there for around 4 hours including stopping for a picnic. Car park is free and they have fixed the potholes reported by others. There are maps with the trail routes.

Fabulous, interesting place. Three different walks or just wander along. Different terrains and landscapes to explore. Free parking and no admission fees. There aren’t any cafes, so take a packed lunch and drinks if planning a day.
