My children really loved visiting here. First of all, it is huge with so many levels and different areas for fun. There are karts, a ball launching game, various slides and sensory areas. The cafe food is great and there is a lot of variety. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

My kids love this place. It is the cleanest soft play I have ever been to. Parking is ample, the staff have always been a polite and nice (If I had to work in a place full of screaming kids I would lose my mind). It is good coffee. I will be going for many years to come

We visited Mowelljam Quay Soft Play today. The soft play area itself is lovely and the children really enjoyed it. The main issue for us was the food. Since you are not allowed to bring your own, a few healthier options would make a big difference. The menu was mostly pasties, pizza, chocolates and cakes, with nothing particularly nutritious to choose from. I was also disappointed that there were no staff members walking around the soft play area. No one seemed to be keeping an eye on the equipment or checking that children were in the correct age zones. I know parents should supervise their own children, although staff presence would help things run more smoothly. Quite a few older children were racing through the under-5s section, which made it stressful trying to stop my little one being knocked into. It is a nice place and has great potential, it just needs better food choices and more staff monitoring the play areas.

Great little soft play! Prices are super reasonable, and even though the space isn’t huge, it has everything kids need. My 4-year-old loves it and always leaves happy and tired. It’s honestly the cleanest soft play we’ve been to — they even have diapers in the bathroom! There’s also an outdoor area, which is a big plus. We’ve paid more elsewhere for less. You can tell they really care about the kids and families who come in.
