I am genuinely appalled by our experience here and would strongly question how this place is considered suitable for young children. I took my two little ones and found the venue completely overcrowded, with two parties taking place at the same time and large, boisterous children running around unchecked. It felt unsafe for younger children and was not an enjoyable experience at all. The outdoor play area is particularly concerning. It is run down, poorly maintained and, in my opinion, unsafe. There were areas covered with black and yellow hazard tape where equipment appeared damaged or faulty. My little girl ended up hurting her mouth while playing outside, which says everything about the state of the equipment. Frankly, the whole place looks tired, neglected and in desperate need of investment and maintenance. To make matters worse, I was overcharged on entry. After checking the website and realising the mistake, I requested a refund that I was clearly entitled to. What should have been a straightforward process turned into an unnecessary ordeal. I was met with eye rolls, huffs, puffs and a rude attitude from a member of staff who appeared poorly trained and visibly irritated that I had questioned the charge. I was even told the manager was "too busy making food" to deal with the refund and that I would need to come back another day. I felt an inconvenience! After a lengthy discussion, I was eventually told the refund would be processed within a few days. I am still waiting to see whether that actually happens. The lack of professionalism, accountability and customer service was shocking. The venue was also dirty throughout our visit. Between the safety concerns, poor maintenance, overcrowding, overcharging and rude customer service, this was one of the worst soft play experiences I've had. I certainly won't be returning and would not recommend it to other parents of young children.

If I could give an 0 star rating I would. After the following happened to my mother and my son I will never ever be a customer of here or recommend them to anyone. If anyone has children with additional needs I’d advise you to not go here. They clearly need to have some training involved. That includes all staff- even owners!! I cannot believe how you would stand there and watch my 2 year old little boy scream and cry and be so upset and never offer a refund as there wasn’t even there for very long. Possibly 30 minutes maximum. The following happened with family members- Really sad that my 2 year old grandson was refused to play in the under 24 months play area . He has lots of additional needs that I even explained some of them to the staff and manager ! We have. been coming once a week for the last month or more and no one’s ever said he can’t play in there . He only plays picking out the yellow balls out the ball pit and lines them up ! Today the was only me and my friend in the whole play area with our two little grandchildren and we was refused to let him play in that area that he has loved playing in over the last few weeks. He was absolutely hysterical and heartbroken so they saw us leave after paying for two hours play after just half a hour . I’d totally of accepted if the was small babies in that play area but no the wasn’t any other children only are two little grandchildren in the whole building! On that note we won’t be returning. You really made a 2 year old little boy so upset ! Shame on you !

So pleased with our party here today for our daughter’s 5th birthday. Not only is it miles cheaper than other party options, our host rob was fantastic and took all the stress away. We thought we’d have to dish out drinks or cake etc but they took care of all of that and more. Food was perfect for the kids - other parents commented how good it was. Anything left went to the adults :) The kids were sad to leave it was so much fun. I would absolutely recommend if you’re considering having a party here.

Booked for our 5 year old granddaughter for today 22.12.25. Purchased the meal deal option. When we arrived 25 mins early, there was no issue with us going in before our time. The gentleman that booked us in explained what to do for the meal deal, however as our granddaughter is insulin dependent we asked him if he could provide the carbohydrate values of her food. This man was so helpful he brought out the bag of frozen chips and chicken nuggets with the carb values on then when he brought out her food he brought us scales so we could weigh and calculate accurately. This man went above and beyond in every sense and we are so grateful. Would definitely recommend mini monsters, our granddaughter had the best time and enjoyed her meal! Thank you so much

Our son and his school mates had a great time playing for his birthday. Rob ran proceedings with military precision (in a good way), and somehow even managed to control a large bunch of 6 year olds with the authority I can only dream of. Excellent value too, without a 'per head' charge. I'd definitely recommend. Thanks Rob / Team.
