Initial welcome: The staff are always so kind and engaging when we come in, and make time to remember customers, it makes such a difference and my son feels right at home with friendly faces saying hello. Equipment and areas: The price for entry is an absolute bargain! There are 8 distinct, themed areas (I believe) for the children to play in. My little one spends an almost equal amount of time between all of them. It's a testament to Mini Town that when the tidy up music plays at the end of a session, adults and children alike often form an impromptu army of helpers without any further prompting. We've been going since they opened, and my son hasn't got bored yet, which is saying something for a hyperactive 4 year old! Food and drink: For me, the selection is good, the regular addition of new items to the menu is welcome too. My one piece of advice to people visiting Mini Town is just to be patient with food. They do lovely food, snacks and drinks, but it's often a lot of people ordering at the same time. Trust me, it's worth the wait, especially if you order one of their milkshakes. Yum! Atmosphere: I can't fault it. It's welcoming, the staff are easy to talk with, Liam (the owner) is such a lovely guy and will always make an effort to talk with his customers. I love coming here. Cleanliness: It's good, which is amazing considering the abuse a large group of toddlers can give play equipment. Summary: Most play cafes my son has got bored of after a few visits, and we need to wait months before going again. Mini Town feels different for him. Visiting Waterlooville for anything other than going to Mini Town can be dangerous, as when he spots where we are, he'll shout "Yay, Mini Town!", whether we are going or not. 🤣

We celebrated our son's 3rd birthday at Mini Town today, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish! From the very first email enquiry to the moment we left, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The two party hosts were fantastic—so kind, caring, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that everyone had a great time. The mascots were also wonderful and interacted brilliantly with the children, making the experience even more magical. It was one of the most enjoyable and stress-free parties we've ever hosted, which made the day so special for us as parents. Most importantly, our son had the BEST time and hasn't stopped talking about it since! Thank you to the whole team for creating such wonderful memories. We couldn't have asked for a better birthday celebration!

Had my daughters 2nd birthday here today and it was absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend!!! We had a bluey theme & bluey turnt up to see all the children! We had 13 kids and adults and it was more than enough space, also had it catered and the kids loved it ! We are regulars who visit and I dont regret booking our party all the kids loved it !

Me and my girls come here on a weekly basis and it’s our favourite place to go. Today we had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party and it was amazing! The attention to detail to everything was perfect as always the staff were amazing. They also have amazing coffee and food! Thank you xx

We’ve visited many times before and my girls always love coming here, so it felt like the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s 4th birthday. The party was lovely from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly and the staff made it really easy and stress-free for us. All the children had an amazing time and my daughter had the best birthday. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing and would definitely recommend it for birthday parties!
