As grand parents looking for somewhere to take our 2 small humans we found this place to be perfect. Not too big, so ideal to be able to sit with a cuppa a watch them play and explore safely. The young ladies behind the counter were very friendly and polite. They even had a payment system where you could pay at the end of your session and any food or drinks purchased could also be added, very convenient. Also had a good amount of seating, with a few comfy 2 seater couches. We phoned in advance to make sure they could accommodate us, even though they had a birthday party in they said it was not a problem. We will definitely visit again.

Not even worth one star. As stressful as organising birthdays are mini monsters had double booked my daughters birthday party & informing me four days before the event. I was told that they would run the two parties along side each other. However the lady who originally told me about this said there capacity was 70 and my party was 20 with a few more parents/family to attend & that the other party was much bigger than mine which would of taken the number over their limit. I was then told don’t worry we will turn away any extra guests that come with your party away you won’t have to “we don’t expect you to do that” .. I was gobsmacked to say the least. After processing the phone call I received by them I made the decision to cancel the party & change venue. My party would have been young children ranging from 2-4 years & I had no idea how old the other party would have been and I didn’t want our children feeling overwhelmed or pushed out the way with two parties going on. I made mini monsters aware of my decision & although I cancelled (not that it’s my fault!) I thought they would at least honour my £50 deposit. I had called a couple of times to discuss this & was fobbed off, excuses of talking to the insurance etc to get it back what a load of tosh. Mini monsters were in the wrong very unapologetic! Said they would get back to me haven’t heard a thing… what a surprise…not! At the end of the day this was a young child’s party they had ruined! Just from this experience alone Mini monsters are driven by money & no compassion for children. AVOID!

Had my son's birthday party at mini monsters and I can't recommend it highly enough. It was so easy to organise and stress free. The party room located at the top of the building was peaceful for the parents whilst allowing us to still view the kids. I'm used to madly running around at my kids parties in chaos so this was a lovely change!! Food was to a high standard and the kids wolfed it down, just the right amount. Everything is lovely and clean. We ended on a high with a visit from Chase. Karly is so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely party.

A good sized softplay with lots of different things for the kids to play on. Not a great deal of space, but it's not cramped. Good cakes and passable coffee, however, the tables are quite close to the play so some views are obscured.

It's a lovely place for kids, my daughter liked it. Will take her back. Food and drinks served inside. You can also book the place for kids parties!
