A wonderful morning at this recently refurbished softplay. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young lady on the front desk, I didnt catch her name but she said she had recently relocated from another centre. She was really lovely as were the staff on the food till. Would highly recommend

We celebrated our son's 5th birthday here this weekend and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience! Booking was really straightforward, and the team were brilliant when our numbers changed closer to the date — no fuss at all. The venue itself looks absolutely incredible following the renovation — so clean, bright and fresh. It really made the whole space feel special and modern, and was the perfect backdrop for a children's party. You could tell how much care had gone into it! The party was completely stress-free. Luke was fantastic with the children — so engaging and brilliant at keeping them entertained. The format worked really well too: 1.5 hours of play followed by 30 minutes in the party room was the perfect balance without the children getting restless. The food was a real hit — chicken nuggets, pizza, sandwiches and snacks, with unlimited juice to keep everyone going. The children each got to choose either an ice cream or an ice lolly at the end, which they absolutely loved! Everything was well thought out and there was plenty for everyone. The staff truly took care of everything from start to finish, which made the whole day feel effortless — and it's absolutely worth every penny for that peace of mind alone. Our son felt so special, and every single child had a wonderful time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for a children's party!

The place looks fantastic, the counter made me want to eat everything, so many goodies.. much more selection. The managing director is very passionate about her job and gives me confidence. The kitchen is run well, hair nets, different equipment used for GF.

We went today and I was amazed by what they have done in 2 weeks, looks so refreshing. Clean and tidy. My son absolutely love it. Coming in we was greeted by the monkey 🐵 the slides you can actually slide down now, the balls have balls and my son jumping in the balls. The football area has footballs. Ride around cars for the little ones. You can now access the big slide from the climbing frame now as well as the stairs which they have now padded. We didn’t stay for food but the menu they have a variety. Well done and keep it up. We shall be back.
