My Granddaughter absolutely loved it here. She made a new friend and burnt off loads of energy. Prices for food a little high but otherwise ok. Staff very friendly.

Monkey bizness absolute disgrace..... £17 to stay and eat ..... And little mans dinner consists of a mouthful of beans no plate had to ask for one.. Was only given a fork 🤦 £2.50 for a bottle of 500ml coke . And the slush was £3.95. Then told kitchen was closed at 16.45 . They close at 18.00 . But also hot drinks machine was now closed. So an hour and 15 mins before closing no hot drink. Staff stacking chairs around us. And staff wearing shoes going around the play equipment checking when kids still have an hour and 15 minutes play left. I gather they wanted to go home.

Kids love it but disabled wheelchair accesss is a joke. Accessible toilet is held together with duck tape and the handle is broken, I had trouble getting in or out. The access to the cafe if you're a wheelchair using caregiver in this supposedly accessible place is not really and the counter is too high and the staff not great.

We used to be regulars here with our 3 children, it was amazing. We've also had 2 birthday parties here in the last 4 years. Unfortunately, they've massively increased their prices for everything! Food, drinks, admission - with zero heads up that it was happening. They have also now limited the play time! It used to be stay as long as you want, now it's 2 hours only! So not long have they upped their prices massively, they've now limited you on how long you can stay. I think it's ridiculous. We were in the middle of booking a private hire birthday party for our 6 year old when they hiked them and it was going to be over £100 more than what it was originally, so we couldn't do it. He was devastated. It's honestly just a massive disappointment now.

Amazing place both my 2 + almost 4 ear old boys LOVE this play area so much!! It's their favourite place. My partner usually runs around it with them, it's fab, and a good sized café! 👌🏻. The chips in the cafe were able to be made safely for my allergy son which was appreciated and the toddler craft morning's are really worth attending for little ones.
