Had an amazing time here with our two daughters. The staff worker, Kirsty, went above and beyond and was very friendly with the girls. She honestly made the whole experience feel as relaxed as it can be for us parents in such a child dominated space! Great food, super bubbly staff and incredible service! 100% recommend. Thank you again, Kirsty! You were so kind and helpful and we hope to see you again next time!

We had my granddaughter Evelyn’s 6th birthday party here today and all I can say is it was excellent! The guy (sorry I didn’t get your name) was brilliant with the kids. He read the room and worked it to the best of his ability. The kids loved him. Well done! 👏👏👏 The food was good and there was plenty to drink as well.

Good customer service, clean softplay, nice variety of food and a good hot chocolate that actually has flavour. There's an area for babies and toddlers which is a decent size and then the main area for 4 and older children which keeps them entertained well. The slides especially the big drop one was a big hit. Staff were friendly and constantly cleaning and working, especially Paul who went above and beyond on our visit. I like that they have a loyalty card scheme. Would recommend if wanting a few hours at a softplay.

My son had his 5th Birthday party here on Saturday 24th January and we could not be happier with the night. The staff were super friendly, helping with setting the cake and party bags for us, serving all the party guests and even loading up a trolley of presents so it was easier for us to get out. Information before the party was well explained and rules were all within reason. Would highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience at Monkey Business Kids Party! From start to finish, the organizers were absolutely fantastic. They thought of every little detail to ensure everything ran smoothly. The space was clean, well-maintained, and full of fun activities for the kids. Andy, the entertainer, was incredible! He kept the kids engaged, laughing, and having fun the entire time. It was a perfect blend of excitement and entertainment. The kids had a blast, and as parents, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to throw a memorable kids' party! 🎉🍌
