It was our first time visiting this place with or 5 year old and 7month old. they had space to play for both ages. it seemed clean and not to much ground to cover so it's great. lovely little area for the smaller babies and toddlers. we went when it wasn't busy though. food and drink on site as well as toilets. will deffo be back. They loved it.

We had my boy birthday party here today and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organizedand. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure every child felt included and excited. My child said it was the best party he has ever had. And in my opinion the best party he’s ever been to. The kids had an amazing time, the activities kept everyone engaged, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this place for birthday parties! I loved the size of the room and how manager and our party host worked with me making me accepting everything whitch made me really feel good as I really wanted everything to be "my way" I really loved all the decorations there in the party room. Honestly 10 out of 10!

I did my Daughters 4th Birthday here and the service we recieved was outstanding, Amy who was out party host was brilliant very friendly and polite. Receptionist also very kind and friendly. The Harry Potter room was decorated brilliant 🤩 very pleased. Honestly couldn’t speak highly enough of the staff they do a great job, the place is clean, the food was nice the kids absolutely loved it.

It’s a good play area for kids, and the price is good for 2 and a half hours. Most places charge similar price for an hour, which isn’t enough. The play area has many things from slides to a pitball area to a shootout for big kids and a play area for babies to toddlers - all kid ages covered. Food: Their orange juice is definitely not nice, it’s just a bit of orange juice mixed with lots of water. Their chips was cold but the fish finger was warm BUT, it was over cooked - now that chewable for 2 year old. For the price you pay, it’s not worth it. You only get a small portion of chips, a tiny bit of salad and 1 piece of fish finger.

Honestly do not knock this place until you have tried it. It is spotlessly clean. Caters for children of all ages, and the occasional adults. There are multiple areas for children both young and old to enjoy engaging in all it has to offer. Food is served on site, it also has make shift shops , ball pits and plenty of staff who are dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible. Ample parking facilities. I very much enjoyed this experience and would encourage others to do the same .
