Monkey Madness is an amazing place for families! The play areas are clean, safe, and full of fun activities for children of all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Our kids had an incredible time and didn’t want to leave! A perfect place to let children play, explore, and burn off energy. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to other families.

The best kids soft play in Basildon. Sensible prices friendly staff. And reasonable prices for entry and food. Brought my son there with some of his nursery friends and they loved it.

We've been coming here for a few years and my boys have always enjoyed it. Today we had my sons 5th birthday party which was seemlessly run from start to finish and the staff were so helpful, especially with all my random enquiries before the actual party day. Great touch allowing the kids to pick their own hot food choices as well which kept them all happy. Our party host and the staff are great and so friendly, the kids really enjoyed the party and my son was so happy. Definitely recommend a party here, will be throwing my youngest one here too in the future! Thank you so much.

As a Grandma of an 11 month old I have spent the last 6 months touring many soft play centres with varying degrees of success. Today we visited Monkey Madness and had a great time. From the friendly and super helpful staff, to the great cafe with good food, a varied menu and plenty of choice for little people to the huge play area itself, Monkey Madness definitely gets our vote. On top of which it has good facilities, easy parking and a high regard for safety and hygiene. A well deserved 5 stars from us!

As far as soft plays go, this is one of the best for quality and value for money. Like most soft plays it’s a little rough around the edges, but it’s always clean, it feels safe and the play spaces are well thought out. I appreciate that, in addition to the baby soft play and the giant “big kid” play area, there’s a middle area suitable for 2-4 year olds which has low height climbing frames that feel safe but are challenging for that clumsy walking stage. The food there was surprisingly adequate and they have various birthday party packages.
