Had a lovely time here today, staff were lovely especially Linda, the manager, she was very understanding. Great cake too! Wonderful way to spend a rainy afternoon. :)

Great for kids to have fun, but that's it. No organization, the staff look bad and don't seem to know where they are. Very bad service. Our party was supposed to be from 2-4, but at 2:05 we were still waiting in a long line. No one cared that I had a party time for my child. First and last time I'm having a party for my son there. Big disappointment

Excellent - couldn't really be better in terms of good compact range of areas for a really good price. Cafe good too.

Great place for kids. Staff cope very well on super busy Sunday noon time. Food not expensive (£5), fresh and good. Would not suggest to change a thing here. Also delicious real coffee.
