My daughter had her 5th birthday party here last weekend. It was faultless from the initial booking to the party day. Natasha accommodated some last minute dietary requirements without any issues and spoke to the parents of those with dietary needs to put their mind at ease. I felt like we could enjoy the party without having the stress that comes with it. We had a few little ones attend too including my son, and the baby/toddler area was perfect for them, so it felt like everyone could join in. We will definitely book again. We've been coming to Monkey Maze for the last two years and it's my son's favourite soft play, so we decided to have his 4th birthday party here. We went for an exclusive hire 2 hour party and I can't praise it highly enough - the whole process from enquiring, to booking to everything on the day - it was all seamless. The team were wonderful, everything ran like clockwork and they went out of their way to acoomodate us, the duty manager even called on the morning of the party to check we were happy with the colour of some decorations following previous discussions. All the kids had a fabulous time and my son didn't stop smiling from start to finish. A very memorable day for him and us - I would 100% recommend a party here.

First time visiting here and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The kids had the best time and didn’t want to come home! We loved how secure the place is, how nice and friendly the staff are and how clean the place is. The soft play is quite small which is a bonus, we can see the kids and they really enjoyed their time. Especially the ball pit! This has now been added to our list of go to plays for the kids

Having a 10 month old, we always struggle to find suitable baby-specific play areas. At Monkey Maze, their under-two area was perfect. It had small obstacles, small slides and plenty of sensory items around the area. Just outside this area, there were more sensory items and even a small ball pool. What impressed us the most was the attentive nature of the staff to ensure no other bigger children were playing in the area - there was even a bell we could ring to alert staff to the fact that bigger children were in this area. To top it off, the food and coffees were great and the member of staff who was beginning to sort the play area out for the next session was so friendly and helpful and she took the time to interact with our little girl.

Bringing my daughter (3) here was so nostalgic. I used to come here weekly as a child and although it’s nothing like it was when I was little (20+ years ago) it was still a fab experience with my daughter. My only complaint would be the bun I got was stale and I ended up leaving it but that can happen anywhere. Didn’t affect our day and will definitely be back 🙂
