Montalto is like a little hidden gem. Beautiful gardens to walk or run and they are really well maintained. The staff are always friendly and polite and they have family fun days on bank holidays. Its honestly the nicest public area in the local area and that's saying something as we have lots of picturesque places local.

Really lovely place to spend a few hours. Lovely walking trails, and great children's playground and 'bark park' too. The cafe is also really good with reasonable prices.

Just love Montalto. Only been there a couple of times, but both times very pleased with the beautiful gardens, fab food, friendly staff and of course ease of parking. We'll be back soon. Thank you

What a lovely place, if you want to go somewhere nice near belfast, this is the place, it has long trails and kids play area as well, absolutely stunning and the cafe here is one of the best

Beautiful, spacious, unhurried experience. Lots of walks round well-tended gardens and woodland. Plenty of parking space despite it being busy. Didn’t feel crowded however. The cafe was lovely, we sat outside in the unexpected sunshine and enjoyed the birdsong, good coffee and delicious porridge. Clean, friendly, efficient and a very pleasurable afternoon.
