A painfully illuminated, thoroughly boring arcade. Almost every game is a scam designed to stop you winning some cheap plushy. Removed some of the fun ones like basketball to favour more crap. Staff are wholly miserable and arsey. Place is expensive for 10 seconds of fun

Was electrocuted by one of the 2p cash converter machine due to an (assumed) earth leakage fault. I was touching the top edges of two machines, and i assume i completed a circuit (one hand on the live and one hand to ground), which led to me being electrocuted. After that i spend the rest of the day in the RVI due to developing a concerning amount of heartpain, and a static sensation in my hand where i came into contact with the faulty machine. Initially i reported the machine to the manager, but i was quickly dismissed and told it was just static, i know the difference and the feeling i got was a constant stream of electricity, not a quick zap. Soon after this, i started developing a noticeable amount of heart pain and so i came back to the arcade, made an accident report and then went to the RVI. I was not offered any first aid there (They said i was checked by a first-aider, when i was not.), only advised to go get checked out - which I said I was going to do anyways. They have since checked the machines and they said there is nothing wrong with the machines, and turned the machines i came into contact with back on. Clearly they didnt do a good enough job in testing, as they only done a simple PAT test. In my opinion, I feel they should've used an ammeter to recreate the circuit I made to the other machine (while putting the prongs in the spots I came into contact with, as the shock only came from one place) whilst the machines were on to test for a constant electrical current, instead of only testing one machine at a time. (Which i assume they had done, and why they found nothing wrong). I'm qualified in electrical installation (with city & guilds), so i am aware on how these tests work. And know how potentially dangerous these faults can be. Clearly the staff dont care enough. Thankfully im quite healthy with no health or heart issues, so i got off relatively fine other than the heart pain. But if i were an older person, or someone who isnt the most healthy then this whole ordeal could have went another way. If you have any heart problems, or are concerned about your kids being electrocuted by faulty machinery, then don't go here.

Had a good play apart from when I wanted to get my tokens ticket. I couldn’t get a single Machine to eat my token. I asked for support and the young girl who looked new who was supporting me at the counter I found really lazy. I asked is there somewhere else I can get my tokens ticket ticket or can you help me with the token machine. She refused to come out and help me.

Top it all of its in a great location with easy parking. Great place to spend a couple of hours with or without kids.
