Lovely walk with beautiful scenery. We did the 9km green one. It was sunny but it could get muddy after rainfall. Some steep climbs.

Beautiful spot to unwind and enjoy nature. The area is full of lush trees that make it feel peaceful and refreshing, and the river adds such a calm atmosphere. Great place for a walk, relaxing picnic, or just escaping the city for a while. Everything felt clean and well maintained. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy scenic natural views.

We did the brown walk and found it quite easy. A couple of places where you had to watch your footing or just be careful as it was narrower with a drop but a good path to follow and the signage made it easy too. Lovely views and calming river sounds.

Lovey sign posted walks. Good, well marked, flat parking (busy at the weekends as is normal with great walks).

Great place for a walk, handy streams on hot days (you can swim), the walk is rather magical there are several options depending on time and distance you would like to walk. Free toilets in car park, free parking for National Trust members otherwise £3 for 4 hours or £5 all day. Visit Aug on one of the hottest days of the year and it was still a peaceful walk.. Not too busy. Note no shop, or cafe so come prepared. Would recommend sturdy footwear as paths have inclines, uneven ground etc. We settled on walking trainers while were fine but wetter, darker days it would be worth thinking about walking boots.
